  • Brandy Kickapoo

    Sr. Manager, Upstream Lab

    Brandy brings over 16 years of experience in biotech, with a background in cell culture, analytical development, and upstream bioprocessing. She has worked with leading organizations including Eli Lilly, Cytovance Biologics, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. At BioTC, she leads with a focus on real-world training and preparing students for careers in the lab.

  • Charles Burton

    Manager, Quality Control & Analytics Lab

    Charles has spent the past seven years working across diagnostics and biopharmaceutical development. His experience includes developing fungal disease test kits and optimizing analytical methods for drug products at Cytovance Biologics. He’s passionate about helping students build confidence and precision in real lab environments.

  • Kacy Unsell

    Manager, Downstream Purification Lab

    Kacy brings hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and downstream purification processes. He has worked in production and bioprocessing roles at Cytovance Biologics, gaining real-world insight into how biotech operates at scale. At BioTC, he focuses on giving students practical skills they can carry directly into the industry.
