Koey Keylon

Kelley was born and bred in Oklahoma City before a short foray to the east coast to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry at the University of Pennsylvania. She subsequently returned to Oklahoma, where she completed her Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Kelley spent over 12 years at Cytovance Biologics, with positions in several areas including Manufacturing, Manufacturing Sciences and Process Development. Most recently, she was the Associate Director of the Downstream Process Development group for over 3 years, leading a team of scientists and research associates in development and process characterization activities for a variety of biologics produced in both mammalian and microbial expression systems. In addition to her extensive industry experience, Kelley spent several years as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City Community College, and has served her community in various roles within organizations such as Rotary International, Leadership Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma School of Science and Math.
